In-Coming Quality Control |

When we receive a batch of garments from our
customers, we will conduct a count to ensure that the number of
pieces of garments received is of the correct quantity. We will
also perform checks on each piece of garment to ensure that
there are no defects such as stains, holes or broken threads. We
will inform our customers immediately once such defective
garments are noted. |

In-Process Quality Control |

Prior to processing a batch of garments, our
Sampling Department will prepare and obtain clearance from our
customer for a sample of the garments. Based on the approved
sample, we will conduct a briefing for all the supervisors and
line leaders to ensure that they understand the specific
requirements for each order. These supervisors and line leaders
will in turn brief and monitor the workers as they carry out the
required procedures.
To ensure consistency in quality, all garments will be checked
at each stage of the garment processing work flow and corrective
actions will be taken on any defective garments promptly. |
